If you have a large workforce but do not make many calls, an on-premise PBX is usually cost effective as you pay the cost of the Kit either upfront or on a lease then your utilise SIP which will give you low cost line rental and inclusive minutes. We work with both Mitel and Avaya the market leaders in telephone systems.

Hosted Telephony uses the internet to carry the voice calls, therefore there is no costly PBX to install and maintain you just pay for the user licence and handset all your minutes are included in the licence cost, a hosted system will use your existing LAN therefore no need to install extra data points, there are many benefits such as flexibility when you move office you simply take your handsets with you and plug in at the new office, as your number is in the cloud you take them with you, no need to change your phone number on your web site or business cards. You can work from anywhere so you are not tied to a physical location and you can take advantage of unified communications, instant messaging, presence, mobile applications. And with on demand access to change users, replace handsets, amend voicemail settings you are in control of your phone system.

SIP trunks enable your phone to send or receive calls, it uses your internet connection, SIP will replace ISDN and any business with a new or modern PBX can switch to SIP, we just need to know how many concurrent calls you make, if your business makes 10 concurrent calls you will need 10 channels. You will find SIP are lot cheaper than ISDN typically around 60% cheaper on line rental alone with calls charges the savings could be around 80%.

Video conferencing is a visual communication between two or more users, these user could be in different locations or even different countries as long as they have a decent internet connection, we have several options on video conferencing, we can provide Cisco’s communicator, Microsoft Teams, Webex

While normal fixed-line broadband is delivered through Ethernet cables, using routers, mobile broadband works a bit differently. It connects to a mobile network and sends data through 5G, 4G and 3G services – exactly the same as the internet you get on your mobile phone.

Mobile broadband can come in many forms:

  • A dongle – which is a little thumb-sized device that plugs into the USB port of your computer and connects it to the internet.
  • A personal Wi-Fi device – Also known as a mi-fi device, pocket Wi-Fi, or portable hotspot, this is a small gadget that acts as a mini router. Switch it on, and it’ll connect to 4G and broadcast Wi-Fi so you can hook up your computer, tablet, or phone while you’re on the go. See our
  • Data-only SIM cards – Thesework exactly like SIM cards for your mobile phone, except they only have a data allowance with no calls or texts. Put one in the SIM card slot of certain iPads and tablets, and it’ll get it online.

The main advantage of mobile broadband is that it’s portable. Once you have a dongle or Wi-Fi device, you can take it wherever you want, and as long as you have 4G signal you can use the internet. For very, very light users who only want to use the internet to check email every now and then, it can even work out cheaper than a fixed-line broadband.

Looking for a business class mobile solution, if you have under 500 mobile you are better off working with a third party provider as opposed going direct as you will be valued as a customer and this is reflected in the service you receive, dedicated account management that as a conduit for your service, billing and upgrades.

SIM Only – There is no such thing as a free handset, the cost is included in your line rental which is usually inflated, it is far more cost-effective to take out a SIM only deal and buy the handset yourself, the benefit is a shorter contract term and lower monthly rental.

Bespoke Tariff, offer off unlimited calls plans, shared pool data are high usage data plans, but no two customers are alike so what we can do is bespoke the tariff to meet your users individual usage requirements, we will require a copy of a recent bill and our number cruncher’s will analyse the bill and put forward to most cost-effective tariff for your business.

Some of our clients prefer to have handsets included and we can provide handsets from basic Nokia 105 to the latest Iphone and Samsung, there are two options pay upfront for the handset or include the cost in the monthly rental.

We work with the best and as we are not tied to one supplier we can offer impartial advice to make sure you get the right solution for your business.
